Research On The Development Of Cultural Industry Integration In Shaanxi Province

With the need for economic transformation and upgrading,China's cultural industry has gradually been concerned about and quickly developed.Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and other places of cultural industry has become a local pillar industry,forming a new economic growth point.With the development of cultural industry,the integration of cultural industries and related industries has gradually been paid attention to,and in the process of cultural industry transformation and development gradually play a role cannot be ignored.Shaanxi Province has a heavy historical atmosphere,rich cultural resources,which is suitable for the development of cultural industries.In recent years,Shaanxi cultural industry has made great progress,but has not yet become a pillar industry in Shaanxi Province.With the rapid development of economy,this problem has become increasingly prominent in the development of the region,that is,the slow backward cultural industry in Shaanxi Province can not meet and support the huge demand for cultural industry integration.Based on the present situation of the development of cultural industry in Shaanxi Province,this paper begin with the discussion the development of cultural industry,and draws an important conclusion that actively promotes the integration of cultural industry is the inevitable measure of industrial development.First of all,this paper combs the connotation of cultural,cultural and cultural industries,and gives the connotation of cultural industry integration.This paper argues that cultural industry integration is the cultural industry to rely on its own unique connotation and attributes,and gradually penetrate into the production process of related industries,through the integration of resources,products,business and market resources.So that the competition between the industry changes,and thus make the boundaries between the industry blurred or disappeared,and ultimately the cultural industry and related industries have been upgraded and developed.The dynamic factors of cultural industry integration include five aspects.When the cultural industry is pursued by Technological innovation,the relaxation of the policy control,the development needs of the cultural industry itself and the related industries tend to upgrade,the interrelated nature of the industry,and consumer demand changes in the external thrust of the impact,and after the early,mid and late three processes to achieve integration.In the integration it can take new technology penetration integration,cultural industry restructuring and integration,industry extension of the integration of three fusion model.Then,the article also analyzes the specific path of integration of different industries and cultures:(1)The integration path of cultural industry with common technical basis and more follow the traditional industry integration path,that is,along the “technology integration-product and business integration-the market”(2)The integration of cultural industries with a common resource base is integrated along the path of "integration of resources-integration of products and services-integration of the market";(3)Neither a technical basis nor a Resource-based cultural industry integration development path: "cultural elements of integration-product and business integration-the integration of the market."Finally,the article combines the status quo of the development of cultural industry in Shaanxi Province,the advantages and disadvantages of the integration of cultural industries,and the integration model of Shaanxi cultural industry: the "cultural + tourism" Qujiang model and the "culture + science and technology" Gaoxin model.Using the gray relational analysis method,the cultural industry and the related industry correlation degree calculation,gives the Shaanxi province cultural industry integration development situation.And the integration of the cultural industry in Shaanxi Province and the national,Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou,the cultural industry,the integration of the situation in Shaanxi Province in the cultural and tourism integration of higher,cultural and high-tech industries,manufacturing,finance as well as the integration of sports industry development is not high conclusions.And,from the government to guide the role of strengthening the integration of culture and science and technology,adhere to the development of industrial agglomeration,deepen the integration of culture and finance,focus on the cultivation of relevant personnel and the introduction of five aspects of Shaanxi cultural industry development policy recommendations.
