government.Based on the important background of the national comprehensive implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the establishment of the Ministry of culture and tourism,this paper conducts a systematic study on the integration of culture and tourism in Taishun County.Through the literature research method,this paper systematically combs the research results on the integration of culture and tourism at home and abroad,and defines the related concepts of culture industry,tourism industry and industry integration.Through on-the-spot investigation,we have made many in-depth investigations and researches on the integration of culture and tourism in radon spring Yunlan leisure Rural Revitalization demonstration belt and cultural Rural Revitalization demonstration belt.We have a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the integration of the local two industries,and have made in-depth analysis on the measures and relevant favorable conditions for talents at the grass-roots level.Based on the results of the interviews,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the integration of culture and tourism in Taishun County,and concludes that the integration of culture and tourism in Taishun County is feasible There are some problems,such as low integration mode and efficiency,fragmented development,insufficient integration degree,insufficient cultivation of cultural and tourism talents,etc.Secondly,based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the problems existing in promoting the integration development of culture and tourism in Taishun County,and concludes that the construction of characteristic culture and tourism towns in Taishun County is not well identified,the culture and tourism IP has not been launched,the system and mechanism of the culture sector has not been straightened out,the long-term development mechanism of culture and tourism industry has not been improved,the culture and tourism practitioners are in short supply and the quality is not high There are eight factors,such as the lack of funds for the development of culture and tourism industry,the lack of deep thinking on the sustainable development theory,combined with the analysis of the problems and causes of the integration development of culture and tourism industry in Taishun County,it is proposed to do a good job in top-level design,strengthen the IP marketing of culture and tourism,optimize the system and mechanism,cultivate the market main body,strengthen the construction of talent team,optimize the investment and financing environment,highlight the key points of integration,and make a big culture and tourism brand Some pertinent and operational suggestions are put forward.
