Wang anshi’s Zhou Guan Xin Yi is a work with multiple properties.It is Wang anshi’s interpretation of Zhou Li.It is a literary interpretation of the classic works.Zhou Guan Xin Yi puts forward a political idea.It is the theoretical source of Wang anshi’s political reform.The social background of Zhou Guan Xin Yi’s birth with a clear political ethics is a profound social crisis in the Northern Song Dynasty.The first part,I analyzed the Zhou Guan Xin Yi reflects the academic background and the social and political background.The second part,I elaborated on the political ethics idea of the Zhou Guan Xin Yi.In the third part,I analyzed the relationship between Zhou Guan Xin Yi and Wang anshi reform.Firstly,I analyzed of the controversy of Zhou Guan Xin Yi,then carried on the evaluation from the perspective of modern people.Zhou Guan Xin Yi is a manifestation of the clear purpose of Wang anshi’s thoughts of political reform work.The theory itself,the theory and the practice of the theory have reference significance for today’s reform.Zhou Guan Xin Yi has some enlightenment on how to construct the theory system.
