The period of 1947-1949 is key for the political struggle between the CPC and Kuomintang , during which , the agrarian reform led by the CPC is of great importance for the final victory of the CPC. Through the insight upon the activity, we could find the historical trace of the CPC succeeding acquiring the peasant's approval. The first step of agrarian reform is to call on the masses to take part in it, thus making the agrarian reform movement conscious action taken by a large number of peasants. Oppressed and exploited by the landlord class for a long time, peasants fear politics badly and they are indifferent to it, which makes them long for land, but makes it hard to demand land initiatively. So if the CPC wants to seize political power, she has to mobilize the peasants with great population and explosive force to defeat the Kuomintang. The CPC mainly adopts such two political mobilization ways suitable for the peasant's character as inquiring them to went their grievances. The party shows deep solicitude for the peasant's practical interests, progressively leads peasants to dig up the root of their misfortune, and enlightens them on that the root of their misfortune lies in the feudal exploiting system, thus arousing their orgies of hatred for exploiting class. Under the political mobilization of the CPC, Chinese peasants, a major inactive group, whose enthusiasm for revolution is brought into play, and they spontaneously shout the slogan: give vent to the grievance, take back the elder generation's land. Peasants begin to take actions! The final result of agrarian reform depends on the peasant's organized participation. However, peasants lack means to expound their miseries and interests from the political view, so this class never becomes a body organized by them. Only through the construction of the peasant's union, which transforms the individual peasants intounified whole, can the peasants break form the chains of feudal power. Therefore, breaking the power structure in the country and the peasants' union claiming floret is the prerequisite for the agrarian reform succeeding. First, the CPC makes the social structure of countryside stereoscopic by establishing the new standard of class difference, changes the peasant's hazy understanding of class dividing, guides them to set up Peasant Association step by step, and helps to establish the leading position of poor peasants and farm laborers. Second, Peasant Association, as an organization with new authority set by peasants against landlord class, organizes and leads peasants to make political and economic struggles against landlords, and then sets up their super authority. Third, the CPC guides peasants through all kinds of form to consolidate and strengthen the authority in the practical struggles. With the power of landlord class in countryside overwhelmed, the poor peasants and farm laborers, as the new master class, begin to manage affairs of countryside. Because of the peasant's nature-conservative and selfish, as well as their low culture level, they can not carry out the policies of new political power efficiently, which is a disadvantage to strengthen the peasant's authoritiveness, what's more, it influences the process of the liberation war. Thus, following principles that combine education with war and production, the CPC adopts the following political socialization ways that fit the peasant's psychological character: starting all kinds of study organization to improve the peasant's culture level and develop the political attitude and emotions which are beneficial to the war; running newspapers, distributing leaflets, inculcating in peasants the revolutionary theory to make them learn of the progress of the war; employing the revolutionary literature and arts that are popular among the masses, making them concern more about the politics and the war in practice. The CPC succeeds in instilling her political belief, guiding principles, cognizant value and emotion, etc, into thepeasants in the process of political socializat...
