Shanxi Region Collection Kiln Porcelain Of Song And Jin Dynasty Technology Research

In this paper,we study the main object of the shanxi region of song and Jin Dynasty site collection of porcelain,total ten ceramics kiln,a total of 371 pieces.First of all,through the literature research to the location of the site History of archaeological research status and collecting specimens were briefly introduced.Then based on previous studies,combined with the existing experimental condition and specimens,screening for sample analysis of ceramics after sample preparation.From the archaeological point of view of science and technology,the ancient site in shanxi region of ceramics samples the microstructure of chromaticity analytical composition analysis for research.Aspects of microstructure,the optical microscope is adopted to the microstructure of ceramics including the thickness of the tire stomatal inclusions color,glaze surface appearance Bubble size and glaze thickness distribution and transition layer and make-up soil morphology observation and measurement.On the basis of microscopic observation statistics main glaze color is black and white two kinds of specimens,by the colorimetric knowledge,through the color difference meter different site of ancient white glaze porcelain and the color of the black glaze porcelain,intuitive and quantitative characterization,combined with statistical knowledge to explore the characteristics of different site collection of porcelain color.Micro focus X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was carried out on the tire body composition analysis,combined with statistics theory,this paper compares and analyzes the results to study the material characteristics of shanxi region of ancient porcelain.Integrated three scientific methods,a comprehensive analysis and research on shanxi region of song and Jin Dynasty site collection ceramics,10 specimens used ceramics from the colorimetric analysis of microstructure component analysis has its own characteristics,partly reflects the ancient kiln production situation in shanxi area.Different products of the same site also have different techniques and technologies,embodies the ancient people in the pursuit of technology continuously improve.
