In recent years,China has made remarkable achievements in the field of civil aviation,the level of safety is at the forefront of the world.However,with the rapid development of civil aviation transportation,air traffic control system is facing more and more serious problems.The contradiction between the acute shortage of air traffic control capacity and the rapid development of civil aviation surges increasingly.Unsafe events that caused by “error,forgetting and leak” have happened from time to time in air traffic control system.To effectively monitor the controller's work in real time can effectively reduce the controller's work errors and improve the aviation flight efficiency and security coefficient.The information requested by the controller is almost entirely from the visual sense.So through the eye movement behavior to study the controller's work can master the controller's operating feature,behavior decision and so on.In addition,the eye movement data processing is the foundation and key to studying eye movement behavior.In this paper,a new algorithm of eye movement data processing was proposed based on the research of our lab and at home and abroad.Firstly,preprocess the original eye movement data,delete the blank data,eliminate the noise data and convert the data format;then conduct coordinate transformation between the coordinate data of the eye movement and the aircraft;and the preprocessed data by using the discrete Fourier transform is transformed into the optimal distance value that can guide cluster,and then the best fixation sequence was obtained.Lastly,guide the cluster of the eye movement data within the best fixation sequence.On the basis of the algorithm,the “Attention Allocation Visualization System of Under Air Traffic Control Simulation” was developed.This system realizes the import of eye movement data,aircraft data and video data,the key parameter setting,the analysis of the time window and the export of the analysis result.Using the algorithm and the system to conduct applied research.Through the study of the fixation differences and fixation transition between controllers and control students in the process of fixation,it is found that the number of fixation points of the expert was more than that of the novice,the number of fixation points was balanced between participants in expert group and the dispersion degree was little,the overall performance was better than that of the novice and the fixation differences in the process of fixation were closely related to the control experience and operational capability.Controllers have a better control strategy and control habits than control students.Comparedwith control students,controllers have better control strategies and control habits,and most of the participants were in accordance with the “circular” pattern to control.Control students have no fixed transfer mode and goal,the attention was relatively mean distributed,most participants participants were in accordance with the “star” pattern to control.Through the study of controllers' forgetting in air traffic control scenarios simulated,it is found that in participants' memory of the control scene,the forgetting of the flight callsign was more serious,the forgetting rate of the flight speed,altitude and wake level was about 50% and the runway number was not forgotten.Therefore,concluded the following type of forgetfulness:task-type forgetting,idle-type forgetting,waiting-type forgetting,through-type forgetting,other types of forgetting.Through the study of controllers' scanning patterns in air traffic control scenarios simulated,the definition and recognition method of the scanning type was proposed.The scanning pattern of 10 participants in the simulated control experiment was excavated by using the recognition method of the scanning type.Through the excavation and summary,the following four scanning patterns were obtained: triangular type,linear type,mixed type and other types.
