| As a country with thousands of years of civilization and profound cultural heritage,the protection of cultural relics has always been a cause we attach great importance to and have been working hard for.The protection of cultural relics in China’s collections has made remarkable progress in recent years.Many museums have or are taking advanced methods to create a safe and scientific storage environment for their collections.In the protection of cultural relics in museums,the measurement and control of the micro-environment of display cases is a very important link.Firstly,this paper compares the exhibition hall environment and the preservation needs of cultural relics in the micro-environment of the exhibition cabinet,and analyzes that it is necessary to measure and control the micro-environment of the exhibition cabinet.After that,the parameters in the air of the micro-environment of the display cabinet were analyzed,and the functional model of the air conditioning in the micro-environment of the display cabinet was established according to the relevant knowledge of wet air.The temperature and humidity parameters which have the greatest influence on cultural relics in the exhibition cabinet microenvironment are introduced emphatically.Based on the measurement and control of humidity in the micro-environment of the display cabinet,this paper realizes the collection and control of temperature.In this paper,a combined temperature and humidity control system is designed,which includes heating device,humidifying device and refrigeration dehumidifier.The heating device consists of a fan and a PTC heater.The humidifier uses a wet film humidifier.Refrigeration dehumidifier includes HAC650DC45 condensing unit,evaporator and throttling device.The condensing unit integrates miniature compressor and condenser.This paper designs a strategy and method of temperature and humidity combined control,summarizes eight environmental states and designs six working modes.In this paper,a combined temperature and humidity control algorithm is studied.The fuzzy PID adaptive algorithm is used to control the heat and humidity,and the heat and humidity are decoupled.At the same time,the empirical preset control is used for the refrigeration device.Finally,through on-site debugging and experiments,when the environmental humidity in the exhibition hall is 45%-47%,the humidity control range in the exhibition cabinet is 30%-80%.Humidity measurement precision of plus or minus 2%,the control precision can reach ±3%,at the same time,the system temperature measurement accuracy is ±0.3℃,the temperature control range of the exhibition hall of plus or minus 6℃ ambient temperature.And the stability of temperature and humidity combination control is realized,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the system in the conservation of cultural relics. |
