Peer relationship is an important factor in the adaptation of primary school freshmen.Peer plays an important role in the growth of children Peer plays an important role in the growth of children.Students promote their psychological development in the process of communication with peers in the process of imitation,identity and internalization.The primary school children may have a fear of the unfamiliar environment,they may exclude students and teachers.Peer problems will appear to affect their mental health and learning.3-8 years old is the key period to cultivate children's reading ability.Primary school children are in the first stage of thinking.Withing the rapid development of the language and the initial improvement,children begin to get rid of the specific action and use symbolic format to do the imaginary thinking in the mind.Picture books as a combination of image and text tools to cultivate children's interest in reading and stimulate their desire to explore the world.In the new environment,they can promote the development of peer relations.This study through investigate a primary school in Kunming city to understand the peer relationship status.Some subjects are chosen as the experimental objects for a period of 6 weeks,two times a week in the picture book reading.Then the researcher will contrast the new development of peer relationship in the experimental group and the control group to analysis if the reading picture books can promote the peer relationship.At the same time,through observing the behavior of the primary school students in their lives and the exchange of teachers and parents to understand how the story work react their peer relationship.The results show that the relationship of the freshmen is good,but the difference is obvious.After the intervention,the development of peer relationship in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.At thesame time,on the basis of the problems in the process,the researcher provide the corresponding education suggestions for primary school teachers and parents,parents and teachers to change the concept of reading deviation.That they can effectively use the side of learning resources in the later study and use the picture book reading to educate the adaption on the peer relationship.
