The Study Of Confucianism's Indigenization In Vietnam

In the 3rd century AD,Confucianism gradually cross the Jiao Zhi of the land in the south.Vietnam has become one of the important countries in Confucian culture circle.After more than a thousand years of exchanges and integration,Vietnamese traditional culture is deeply influenced by Confucian culture.At the same time,Confucianism in Vietnam,the process of communication and integration,each historical period has obvious localization characteristics.This paper is divided into three chapters to describe the localization of Confucianism in Vietnam.The first chapter mainly introduces the localization of Confucianism in Vietnam.Confucianism was introduced into Vietnam in the early years of the century.During the northern period of the last millennium(from the early to the 10 th century),the development and spread of Confucianism in Vietnam was greatly benefited to Zhao Tuo,Ma Yuan's hard work.However,the impact of Confucianism in Vietnam was not enough deep.During the Vietnamese independence period(from 968 to 1858),Confucianism was feudal rulers as the official ideology.Confucianism develops dramatically in the Li Chen Dynasty,the propagation path from north to south,the extent and scope of the impact of more and more deep,more and more widely,and it reached the "exclusive" status in the Li Dynasty.However,in the 16-17 century,especially the 18 th century,it had began to decline,which has backed to the status of domination until Nguyen dynasty.To the French period,the decline of Confucianism was replaced by Western culture,and became a tool that used by the French colonists to enslave Vietnamese people.Nevertheless,to a certain extent,Confucianism still affects a part of the literati class in Vietnam or ordinary people,and affecting the values of Vietnamese society.In 1986,Vietnam began to reform and opening up,the Confucian ideology of the outstanding values of the Vietnamese nation has become an active part of the active revival and carry forward.The second chapter introduces the localization of Confucianism in Vietnam,such as Sided absorption of the Song and Ming Dynasties Neo-Confucianism,pay more attention to the Hopewell,Confucianism and indigenous religious hybrid,male superiority and inferiority of thought variation.The third chapter introduces the reason for the formation of localization characteristics.Vietnam as one of the Southeast Asian countries,its unique geographical location in Vietnam,Vietnamese local cultural characteristics and the impact of cultural factors in Southeast Asia is the formation of these characteristics of the reason.Confucianism showed lots of localization features,because it was influenced by the multicultural traits in Vietnam.According to cultural transmission and the need of communication,especially based on the need of local people,the use of Confucianism for Vietnam is through integration and reconstruction,and localization of transformation and choice instead of completely all takenism.
