Research On The Paradigm Of Scientific And Technological Innovation Ecologicalization From The Perspective Of Historical Materialism

With the fast deepening of the process of scientific and technological innovation,the economy and society has been developing rapidly,however,the natural environment has been damaged seriously during the process.This is because the traditional model of scientific and technological innovation only takes economic factors into consideration but ignores the ecological factors,which results in a series of problems.Therefore,the scientific and technological innovation must fit the new situation,and make a qualitative change so as to get the ecological factor involved.It is on this background the concept of “ecological science and technology innovation” emerged.We can said that the ecologicalization of scientific and technological innovation is a revolutionary change,and the essence of that is a new paradigm.From the perspective of historical materialism,paradigm is a kind of human consciousness model based on the interaction between scientific practice and social practice and possessed with some properties like the characteristics of material,cultural,comprehensive and practical.The change of Paradigm means the formation of a total new mode of thinking.The paradigm guides the scientific activities and displays all the contradictory relationships between human and the world.From the perspective of historical materialism,the paradigm approves the rationality of Kuhn's paradigm theory and breaks through its limitation,which completes the reflection and reconstruction of the theory.Actually,according to the concept of paradigm defined by historical materialism,the eco-innovation of science and technology is a fresh paradigm.Its basis of value are the logical starting point of nature and the real support of society.Its goal is the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of people,nature and society.Which reflects the basic dimension of the rationality of value in four aspects:the view of ecology,fairness,public and the all-round development.On the basis as the above mentioned to discuss the implementation path of the scientific and technological innovation ecology paradigm.Including methods like the establishment of the theory,the driven of human developing demand and policies of scientific and technological innovation as well as the enterprise technology innovation mechanism,which promote the implementation of the ecological technology innovation paradigm.The focus of the paradigm fixed not only on the dimension of economic development,but also pays more attention to the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of human,nature,society and economy.The research on the ecological paradigm of scientific and technological innovation can not only play a complementary role in the reality of scientific and technological innovation theory,but also benefit the future of scientific and technological innovation a lot.
