Technology is an important part of the human culture, and the technological progress promotes the development of culture. Culture is the parent of the technological progress and provides environmental support for the technological innovation.Culture is the sum total of material civilization and spiritual civilization, created by human practice activities, which includes three subsystems:the concept culture, system culture and material culture. Culture plays a leading role in the scientific and technical innovation by dominant value orientation.
