Research On The Relationship Of Family Socioeconomic Status And Career Adaptability Of Rural College Students : The Moderating Effect Of The Subjective Socioeconomic Status And Perceived Control

Career resilience is individual actively preparing for career role change and the debugging is adapted to the environment have their own ability,is the key to an individual career success.And in the development of the individual career resilience is influenced by many factors.Family as an individual and environment of the earliest contact directly to individual life development has profound influence,especially the parents of the family education,parents' occupation and family income,family social and economic status.On this basis,this study to explore the relationship between the family social economy status and career resilience,in order to promote rural college students career adaptation levels of the corresponding proposals were put forward.This study in yunnan,guizhou,jiangsu and other places of the questionnaire survey was conducted among 635 rural students,using SPSS17.0 and AMOS18.0 to analyze data,and examines the rural students in social and economic status and the present situation of the career resilience,subjective social economic status and control in objective family socioeconomic adaptability and career intermediary role between the primary and secondary revision control optimization test,using the control strategy of the university students at present are analyzed,and the control strategy using inclination Angle to study the method of ascension career resilience.Main conclusions are as follows:1.the rural students' objective family socioeconomic status,control level and career resilience in the medium level,subjective family socioeconomic status in the middle and lower level;2.the objective family socioeconomic status,subjective social and economic status,control level,career resilience and different dimensions,etc.,on the whole graduate students,senior and junior scored the highest,followed by a freshman,sophomore relatively poor;3.objective family socioeconomic status,subjective social economic status,sense of control and career resilience four presents different degree of significantpositive correlation between;4.subjective social and economic status in the family social economy status and career has a mediating role between resilience,and the mediation effect significantly;Control in family social economy status and career has a mediating role between resilience,and the mediation effect significantly;Subjective social economic status and control between social and economic status in the family and career resilience chain intermediary role,intermediary effect is remarkable;5.the fit of the revised OPS scale is good,has the good letter validity;6.the usage of optimization control strategy exist significant differences in gender;Five kinds of control strategies on the professional,whether the one-child does not exist significant difference;Five kinds of control strategies exist significant differences on the grade level;7.control level and family socioeconomic status respectively with a significant correlation between control strategy using tendency;8.the use of the control level and control strategy of tendency to career resilience with significant interaction effect;9.family socioeconomic status and control strategy of using tended to have main effect on career resilience,no significant interaction effect.
