Research On The Value Evaluation And Promotion Of Cultural Resources In The Large Cultural Ruins

The great site,a Chinese unique concept,which is rich in cultural resources and has very significant values.Cause the lack of awareness to protect the great site and pursuing a high speed of economy,there are plenty of conflicts between the great site protection and city development in the period of continuous progress of urbanization,the big ruins are suffered varying degrees of damage as well.Therefore,for coordination of the large site area protection and regional development to better integrate into the modern society,the scientific assessment and the value of cultural resources in the site area enhancement has become a key of issue.The site of Han Chang'an City is located in the northwest suburb of Xi'an,where is existing abundant and preserved cultural resources in this ancient capital city.The living standard of the residents in the area and its surrounding area is generally low,which has a large gap with the living standards of the whole population of Xi'an.Therefore,this paper selects the Han Chang'an ruins as the research object,which is typical and representative.This paper uses the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to scientifically evaluate the value of cultural resources in the ruins of Han Chang'an City,and then puts forward the corresponding value improvement measures to make it better into the modern society and regional synergistic development.In this paper,through a large number of literature browsing and studying,First,the paper sorts out the research achievements of domestic and international cultural heritage protection.Next the paper determines the value system of cultural resource sites and construct the evaluation system of cultural resources in the area of the site value.Thenthe paper chooses the site of Han Chang'an City area as the research object and analyzes its value after the travel cost interval analysis of quantitative evaluation on economical value method.Finally the paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the value,and the main conclusions are as follows:1.The value of the cultural resources are mainly includes six kinds of values,they are historical value,artistic value,scientific value,cultural value,educational value and economical value.2.To build a large site area of cultural resources value evaluation system.3.Taking the site of Chang'an City as an example,this paper analyzes the historical value,artistic value,scientific value,cultural value,educational value and economical value,and finding the five values are huge.And the paper evaluates its economical value by using travel cost interval analysis,and obtains the value of Han Chang'an City ruins being underestimated.4.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the value of cultural resources in the area of Han Chang'an City.First,to protect the Han Chang'an City relic area as the premise;second,in order to assess the comprehensive cultural resource sites based on the value;third,to fully tap the cultural resources site connotation as the means;Fourth,to promote the “Chinese culture" as the theme of the characteristics;Fifth,in order to promote the protection and development of the site for the purpose of coordination.This paper researches on the evaluation and promotion of the cultural resources value of the large site area.It is helpful to strengthen the public's cognition of the value of the large site area.It is beneficial to the great site area to play its own important value in the new era background and cooperate with the regional development.It is conducive to the great site area to be better protected and developed.
