The cultural resources of higher visibility in Xuzhou include Han cultural resources, war cultural resources, historical cultural resources and writing and painting resources, which are the important foundation for the development of cultural industries in Xuzhou City.2、the advantage conditions and present status of cultural industry development in XuzhouXuzhou cultural industry scale expands unceasingly in recent years, in the meantime the type continuously varies. But there is still a lot of problems, such as a lack of famous brand, weak industrial cluster, small industry scale and competitiveness, not enough innovation, low cultural industry efficiency, superficial cultural connotation and weak publicity efforts.3、Xuzhou cultural industry competitiveness evaluationBy determining the index system, the index weight, evaluation rating system, and establishing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, constructing Xuzhou cultural industry competitiveness evaluation, to finish the evaluation. And the results show that the present overall situation is of low level; ranked as No.9 among the 13 cities of Jiangsu Province and No.4 among the 8 second-class cities of weak competitive.
