Quantifiers are an important part of speech in Chinese. There are about 600 quantifiers in modern Chinese. As a kind of Chinese word class, quantifier is also an important knowledge point in teaching Chinese as a second language, and it is difficult for foreign students to master quantifiers because their native language is often lack of corresponding components."个" and "只" belong to the individual classifier in the noun classifier, "个" is the HSK first-class word, "只" is the HSK three-class word, they can be used as a typical case study. This paper investigates the acquisition of quantifier "个" and "只" by means of questionnaires, data analysis and classroom practice, and mainly analyzes the errors in acquisition. After studying, the acquisition of the quantifier " 个 " generally occurs in the following three types of errors: misuse; missing; There are three types of error types, the most common types of errors are: missing; wrong use; the wrong type of error;This paper discusses the causes of the errors from the analysis of external factors and internal factors, mainly through "teaching" and "learning" two aspects to explore.By analyzing the two typical quantifiers of "个" and "只", we can extend the discussion of the universal problem of quantifier acquisition, and finally put forward some suggestions on the compilation of teaching materials, such as: the choice of words in the textbooks should pay attention to the choice of words and distribution; Quantifiers are interpreted precisely and the corresponding exercises are added. On the basis of the study of Chinese ontology, we should distinguish the different usage of Chinese quantifiers. At the same time, we should distinguish the quantifiers of different difficulty and try to solve the problems according to the different usage of the Chinese classifiers.
