Mongolian Students In Beijing And Guangzhou Survey And Analysis For Major Selection And Employment Intention

Along with the rapid development of Chinese economic strength and deepen Mongolia-China relations,more and more Mongolian students came to China to study in university.Beijing and Guangzhou are Chinese major cities,the level of economic development and social openness among Chinese urban top,attracting a lot of Mongolian students.Mongolia-China relations and encourage the development of trade in Mongolia's economic system and social activities also show new characteristic,most of these Mongolia in Chinese students return to the motherland to participate in social construction after learning.This topic to Mongolian students majoy selection and employment intention as a subject for research,hope to Mongolian students in inner city six well-known universities in Beijing and Guangzhou as survey object,and discussed the Mongolian students in China majoy selection and employment intention survey and analysis,through the form of questionnaire,objective analysis to the Mongolian students are faced with the problem in the majoy choice,seeking truth from facts put forward relevant suggestions,and hope that through this article research for the selection of professional students in China,and provide effective reference and guiding significance to the employment.The author hopes that by survey and analysis to China the Mongolian student majoyselection and employment intention,rich Mongolian students education in China from the theory and practice.Chapter one will introduce the topics about the research background,expounds the main content of each chapter,introduce the basic method of subject research institute to use,and discussed from two aspects of theory and practice research value.The second chapter will use questionnaire and interview,in the form of the combination of the Mongolian students from two universities in Beijing and four universities in Guangzhou for further investigation.Survey covers the multi-dimensional factors such as majoy selection,employment intention,and based on the original data obtained by the investigation the results are shown.This chapter will also be based on the questionnaire survey and interview results,affecting the Mongolian students majoy choice,career choice and career development factors are further discussed.The third chapter will explain and exposed in the questionnaire and interviews of Mongolia to students in career planning,receiving institutions job placement and other problems,put forward the improvement of the targeted Suggestions,expectingto improve the quality of employment of Mongolian students.Chapter four will be the main research results obtained by this project to display,then the other valuable research directions in this area was discussed,in the related areas of research provide reference for later generations.
