A Research On Employment Effect Of Shenzhen’s Creative Industry

The first development of creative industry in Britain has confirmed that vigorouslydeveloping the creative industry can not only promote the changes in the country that givespriority to with traditional industry mode of production, but also has great effect on employment,promote whole national employment rate. Shenzhen is one of the earliest cities in thedevelopment of creative industry. Shenzhen creative industries drive the economic developmentand social employment. This paper attempts to analyze the creative industry employment effectssystematically, which is expected to create more employment opportunities for originalityindustry. This paper has very important practical significance to solve the social problems.Based on innovate theorem, employment elasticity theory, industry growth, employmenttheory and a large number of relevant documents both at home and abroad, the paper tries toanalyze the connotation of creative industry,creative industry characters, functions and creativeindustry employment characters. Then try to analyze present situation of Shenzhen creativeindustry employment gross and employment structure from employment capability effect,employment elasticity and structure deviation of Shenzhen creative industry aspects. Thirdly,after analyzing the association of creative industry and other industries, the paper is followed byempirical research on Shenzhen creative industry employment effects by software Eviews6.0,after the ADF unit root test, co-integration test. At last, the paper analyzes the questions duringthe development of Shenzhen creative industry and raises measures to coordinate Shenzhencreative industry investment and employment.Through analysis of Shenzhen creative industry employment effects systematically andquantitatively, this paper finds that, Shenzhen creative industry and economic development areclosely relevance: the second and third industries correlation is larger, the third industryrelevance is the minimum. In the long run, the development of creative industry in Shenzhendrive the social employment have positive active role. But at present Shenzhen the developmentof creative industry there are certain disadvantages, such as innovation development strength isinsufficient, the interior industrial structure is unreasonable, lack of good creative talents, only by the policy of the government support, to improve the development of creative industryenvironment of Shenzhen, expand the financing, can have a better development of creativeindustry, more creative industry employment effects, solve the employment problem.
