Research On Package Design Of Specialties Of Mount Tai Based On Blessing Culture

Mount Tai,which stands in the ancient and famous land of Qilu gloriously,is famous for intelligence and elegance,long history and rich cultural deposit.Because of this,so many poets and literary persons come to Mount Tai in a continuous stream and leave too much precious cliff rubbing stones.After the Qin and Han Dynasties,there are many emperors coming to Mount Tai to hold Fengshan ceremony,and various religious activities blends into local cultures gradually,especially Taoism and Buddhism.Numbers of Taoist temples is built and more and more peoples come to Mount Tai for blessing activities.Since then,Mount Tai has been the famous blessing place in the north region of china.Mount Tai is listed as a World Natural and Cultural Heritage site and it blends history,culture and amazing scenery together perfectly.Because of its superior geographical position,rich soil and water,there are many quality local specialties,such as Taishan daughter tea,Taishan pancake.The splendid folk art and blessing culture promote the development of the local folk culture specialties market,such as the high quality Taishan jade and stone,the statue of empress of Mount Tai and the clay sculpture of Taishan doll,and all of them contain people's expectation and yearning for a better life.Therefore,under the spring tide of the tourism economic development of Mount Tai,Taishan food and folk culture specialties which contain blessing culture spirit and are treated as local typical specialties are raised to a quite important position.However,there are many problems in process of the launching and packaging of local specialties.After visiting and investigating the supermarkets and areas around Mount Tai,the author analyzes the present status of package design of local specialties,and finds that the package of specialties is designed simply which seems to have nothing unusual to report and is short of culture and creativity.These problems have negative impact on propaganda effects and enlarging popularity of specialties of Mount Tai.Therefore,this paper focuses on the package design of local specialties from the perspective of blessing culture of Mount Tai and aims to realize the creative redesign so that it can discover the deeper meaning of profound blessing culture of Mount Tai and translate the culture into design elements.With the combination of these design elements,packaging logo,pattern,colour,modeling and material,it can provide a novel view point for the innovation of package of local specialties.After that,the proposed design methods can not only meet the aesthetic needs of the design,but also meet the needs of the market and can provide the local specialties with more profound cultural background and a broader space for development.
