Studies On The Special Kinds Of Words In Datong Dialects From The Perspective Of Regional Culture

Datong dialect belongs to the Jin dialect.The research on the dialectal vocabulary has always been about the word-building,concrete word classes and phonetic changes in vocabulary,but the discussion on the special vocabulary(such as four-character structure,characteristic words),folk-custom words,culture words is very finite.In order to supply and enrich the research about Datong dialectal vocabulary,understand better of regional characteristics of the dialectal vocabulary,explore the folk custom culture of dialect,this articale bases on the special kinds of words in Datong dialects including the four-character structure,the characteristic words and the words of food as topical studies.First of all,briefly introducing the geographical position,history,administrative districts and population of Datong,and including the research status,material resources,significance,method in the first chapter.The second chapter elaborates the basic facts in phonology and vocabulary of Datong dialects,emphatically illustrating lexical features of Datong dialects by comparing with mandarin.The third chapter is about the four-character structure.There is a detailedly analysis which takes over 700 words of Ma Wenzhong's The Instances of Four-character Idioms in Datong Dialects as a object.The analysis shows the word-formation and semantic features,and the relation between the idioms with the natural conditions,history,culture and daily life.The fourth chapter is the topic of the characteristic words in dialect.This part mainly analyzes the features of more than 100 gathered characteristic words in dialect from the form of word building and the way of semantic formation.Then we prove that the characteristic words is quite different in diverse dialects and shows sharp regional features by comparing with other dialects.The fifth chapter is the subject on the dialectal words of food.Combing theclimate,the eating habits and the process of making food in Datong to describe the different food and correlative dialectal words.Then recording the the dialectal words of food which are about the traditional festival customs and etiquette and custom,explicates the culture connotation,in this way to show the relation of Datong dialect and culture of food as much as possible.
