Research On The Protection Of Hakka Intangible Cultural Heritage

The intangible cultural heritage in Gannan Area are rich,referring to the local 18 counties.Every region of the representative list of intangible is different.In terms of the same area,the representative list of intangible categories are also different,there is imbalance between the classes.But they are all concentrated,embodies the cultural connotation of the Hakka,pointing to the Hakka spirit,and through the rich and vivid performance activities to render it.In recent years,the 4 level system of Hakka intangible culture heritage are gradually perfect,the establishment of the cultural ecological reserve,the formulation of laws and regulations,all kinds of intangible activities orderly,special funds allocated,and the government of representative inheritance persons' attention,these kind of present situation of comprehensive,despite its positive one side,the exposed problems is also very prominent.The author want to be classified into three categories:the first is "free from the intangible",mainly discusses the heritage which has not been included in the representative list;The second is "place oneself in the intangible",focused on which has been shortlisted for the four representative list of intangible protection path selection problem;The last is "pulling away from the intangible",internalize the identity of the reset problem consciously.Respectively from the different aspects of three dimensions,the problems are the list of system of potential problems.All levels of intangible heritage representative people living status and protection status contains some problems to be solved;Consciousness implied in the protection of social protection consciousness weak,the lack of professional talent team,but the true question discussion,and such problems as legal protection.According to the problems of Hakka region in the protection of intangible,the author puts forward the countermeasures from two large and solving measures,respectively from the perspective of "wide Angle and focus on" focus on the overall protection and classification of the intangible protection organic combination,and from the perspective of "small government and big society" centralized government and academia,public and force protection of intangible heritage representative people,in order to realize the Hakka heritage protection and inheritance work effectively promote,living condition.
