Objective:To study the effects of cognitive-behavioral group intervention on improving the self-esteem,coping style and fear of negative evaluation of adolescents who drop out the school due to mental disorder,and to put forward a comprehensive therapy approach with strong applicability combined drug therapy with psychological therapy.Object:All the objects are recruited from the in-patient department of the Mental Health Center of Shanxi Province,and are divided into control group(single number,drug therapy group)and experimental group(dual number,combined drug therapy with psychological therapy group)according to their sequence of entering the study.Before and after the intervention,the two groups received evaluation of related questionnaire to explore the effects of cognitive-behavioral group intervention on adolescents who drop out of the school due to mental disorder,Method:1.Intervention study:This study is a clinical controlled trial,which use cognitive behavioral group intervention,two times a week,80 minutes per time,to explore the effect of cognitive behavioral group intervention on psychological and behaviors of adolescent who drop out of school due to metal disorders.According to whether or not to participate in the cognitive-behavioral group intervention,objects were divided into experimental group and the control group,two groups of patients respectively before and after intervention to receive the assessment of related psychological scales to explore the treatment effects of the intervention project.2.Statistical methods: To analyze effects of cognitive-behavioral group intervention on the psychological behaviors of adolescents who drop out of the school due to mental disorder through analyzing the intervention results obtained by means of independent sample t test and other statistical methodsResult:Two independent samples t test results showed that before the intervention,the experimental group and the control group in the level of self-esteem,positive coping,negative coping and fear of negative evaluation scores and other indicators had no significant difference(p>0.05),the two groups are comparable,with homogeneity;the posttest after the intervention showed that the experim ental group and the control group had significant difference on the level of self-esteem(t=11.536,p<0.05),fear of negative evaluation(t=-17.161,p<0.05),positive coping style(t=4.747,p<0.05),and negative coping style(t=?6.783,p<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive-behavioral group intervention has certain effects on improving self-esteem,coping style and fear of negative evaluation of adolescents who drop out of the school due to mental disorder and drug therapy combined with psychological intervention is helpful to the rehabilitation and recovery of social function of this population group.
