Coping style refers to the cognitive and behavioral efforts made by individuals to balance their physical and mental states in the face of potential stress events.Positive coping styles and attitudes are conducive to solving problems and thus to physical and mental health.The lack of a good coping style will damage physical and mental health.In recent years,the mental health of primary school students has also received extensive attention.Many schools have initiated a series of mental health activities to improve the mental health of students to promote their mental health.As one of the important factors affecting mental health,coping style is necessary to guide and regulate students' coping style,so as to promote students' mental health.This study consists of two parts: the first part discusses the present situation of coping style and mental health of primary school students,and the relationship between them;In the second study,group counseling was carried out to improve the mental health of primary school students.The conclusions are as follows:Study ? shows that:1.1.There was no significant difference in coping style among senior primary school students in terms of gender,whether or not they were only students,and grade.2.There were significant differences in learning anxiety,self-reproach tendency,allergy tendency,physical symptom,phobia tendency and total score of MHT in the senior grade students of primary school.There were significant differences in phobia tendency among different grades of primary school students,and there was significant difference in allergic tendency and self-reproach tendency among the only students.3.there was a significant positive correlation between negative coping style and mental health of primary school students,and a significant negative correlation between positive coping style and learning anxiety,anxiety and loneliness tendency of primary school students.4.positive coping style has a significant negative predictive effect on learning anxiety,loneliness tendency,allergy tendency and impulse tendency,and negative coping style has a significant positive predictive effect on all dimensions of mental health.Study ? indicates that:In the positive coping style,the students in the low group and the middle group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the intervention of group counseling,and there was no significant difference between the high group and the control group in the experimental group.In the negative coping style,the students in the middle and higher groups of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the intervention of group counseling,but there was no significant difference between the low group of the experimental group and the control group.In the aspect of mental health,the difference in learning anxiety,anxiety to people,allergy tendency,body tendency and terror tendency in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the effect of cognitive behavior group guidance was better,which could effectively improve students' coping style.Improve students' mental health level.Conclusion: the mental health and coping style of most senior primary school students are in the general level,and the mental health of the high school students and the low grade students are more healthy in the positive coping,the higher and the negative coping.Cognitive behavior group guidance can effectively improve students' coping style and improve their mental health level.
