Study On The Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Of Non-governmental Organizations In Quanzhou

Intangible cultural heritage as a national or regional cultural tradition "memory" is an important way to find cultural roots.Quanzhou,as the birthplace of the main enrichment area of Minnan culture and cultural heritage of the south,with "cultural treasure,on the west side of the Straits city is famous in the world,how to effectively protect the intangible cultural heritage,has become the focal point for the Quanzhou intangible cultural heritage areas of concern.In recent years,non-governmental organizations play an increasingly important role in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Quanzhou,which is one of the main trends in the development of intangible cultural heritage protection.After visiting a number of Quanzhou's participation in the NGO city and the protection of intangible cultural heritage(county),area of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Department,through social investigation,case analysis,literatureresearch method of non governmental organizations in Quanzhou intangible cultural heritage protection research.Based on the definition of intangible cultural heritage protection,non government organizations and non-governmental organizations in the protection of intangible cultural heritage status on the basis of the first analysis of the basic situation of non governmental organizations in Quanzhou to participate in the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the main types,followed by Luojiang District,Quanzhou City Association of Nanyin Minnan Culture Protection Center,new road Quanzhou snacks association analysis in the intangible cultural heritage protection activities of three non-governmental organizations,the Quanzhou non governmental organizations in the protection of intangible cultural heritage activities reflected in the government to remedy the defects existing in the protection of intangible cultural heritage;participate in intangible cultural heritage protection and heritage rescue innovation;to help achieve the economic value of the three aspects of transformation.Based on the advanced experience from domestic average role of folk culture working group,Beijing cultural heritage protection center,Chongqing Hotpot Association and foreign NGO in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Quanzhou,put forward NGO to participate in the protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and perfection of the strategy of Quanzhou intangible cultural heritage protection departments to promote the non government participate in the organization of the intangible cultural heritage protection measures.
