Metaphor is a kind of thing to image to illustrate another kind of thing rhetoric,also known as metaphor,is a daily life is widely used rhetoric.The study of metaphor began more than two thousand years ago,with the ancient Greek scholar Aristotle as the representative.This paper analyzes and expounds the related theories of metaphor and so on.On the classification and function of metaphor has been the academic community has no clear unity of the argument.This paper defines and interprets the classification of metaphor and the function of metaphor,and explains the metaphorical metaphor,structural metaphor,metaphorical metaphor and metaphorical rhetoric function in detail.,Cognitive function and social function of these three functions.This paper deals with the metaphorical phenomena in Putin’s speech.There are not many researches on the metaphorical phenomena in Putin’s speech.There are some articles in the country that only describe the characteristics of metaphor in Putin’s State of the Union address or the election program.This paper will study the metaphor in domestic and foreign academic circles Status and research results to do a certain analysis and elaboration.From Putin’s open political speech to start,sorting out the use of metaphor examples,and according to their metaphor characteristics of the classification of finishing: natural ecological metaphor,cultural and artistic metaphor,other forms of metaphor.The study finds that there are many factors that affect the use of metaphor in Putin’s speech.This paper studies and analyzes the relationship between national independence and national security,internal affairs diplomacy and relations with China.
