A Study On The Relationship Between Parenting Style,Parent Child Attachment And College Students' Employment

With the continuous deepening of China's education system and economic system reform,the employment of college graduates is becoming increasingly serious.Annual growth of employment makes employment difficult problem to become the focus of social concern.In the process of employment will be affected by many environmental factors,the family is one of the most early contact,and has important effect on the personal growth of each stage of the environment,in the process of College Students' employment,the family can give the effect of reasonable and beneficial from what? In this paper,through the family of two important factors of parenting style and parent-child attachment,the employment process of employment cognition,employment expectations,to explore the role of family in the process of college students employment.This study is divided into two parts.The first part is the research on the relationship between parenting style and parent child attachment and college students' employment.This study firstly according to the procedures and requirements of psychological measurement to prepare college students' employment cognitive scale and college students' employment expectation scale.Secondly,using this system of College Students' employment cognition scale and employment expectation scale to study college students' employment characteristics by EMBU(EBUM)-and parents Peer Attachment Scale(IPPA)quality characteristics and types of parental attachment and parental attachment of college students parenting style,to explore the relationship between the parents parenting style and parent-child attachment and the employment of College students.Through the study found: 1 in accordance with the requirements of the psychological measurement standards of the preparation of College Students' employment cognitive scale and college students' employment expectations,the scale has good reliability and validity.2 parents in the process of the breeding of boys and girls in the choice of parenting style is not the same.The type of parent child attachment security is mostly,and the quality of the overall attachment is better.More positive,3 parents more support and understanding of the college students in the employment process is more active,in the choice of occupation pay more attention to their own development process,the influence of his father in the employment of university students is more important than the mother.4 different grades of college students to understand the employment information and employment issues to explore there is a significant difference.The higher grade students are more active in the process of employment exploration than the lower grade students.5 different parent adolescent attachment types have a significant impact on College Students' employment expectation,and it is more reasonable to have a secure attachment between parents and students.
