In recent years,the Internet new media to the media industry has brought a huge impact,led the media industry chain strategic development,in this context,China's media companies set off a small climax of mergers and acquisitions,but through the merger is really able to The expected effect is not yet conclusive.At present,the performance evaluation of M & A in the media industry is mainly based on the traditional financial indicators of M & A performance evaluation system.However,with the deepening of the domestic economic system reform,this evaluation system is no longer applicable to the increase of corporate performance and the value of M &Ascension.At present the international application of a wide range of economic value added(EVA),it is effective for the evaluation of M & A performance to give new ideas and ways.This paper hopes to be able to this scientific M & A performance evaluation into the media industry,to build a EVA as the core of the management philosophy,enhance their own value.First of all,this paper elaborates the theoretical basis of M & A performance evaluation,and introduces some methods of performance evaluation of M & A in academia,which leads to EVA evaluation method.Secondly,this paper,combined with the characteristics of the media industry in depth,pointed out that the need to pay attention to the accounting adjustment matters,and select the media industry for EVA performance evaluation indicators,supplemented by non-financial indicators for additional analysis.In the end,this paper takes B & Q Oriental Pearl as an example,cites EVA performance evaluation index,evaluates EVA before and after 2012,and compares it with traditional financial performance evaluation index,highlighting the advantages of EVA and the acquisition The results were evaluated.
