Research On The Optimization Of Social System Based On The Principle Of Least Action

Human society is a complex organic system,the idea of optimizing social system exists in people's practice activities and ideas for a long time,and the East and West philosophers have made a lot of useful explorations about human society.The ideas that "small country of the people" of Laozi,"Datong Society” of Confucius,"Xanadu" of Tao Yuanming,as well as Shang Yang,Han Fei's legal system,and then the Confucian "moderation",are all the ideas and attempts to social optimization.In the process of social development,Western civilization has formed three kinds of strong optimization factors,such as decentralization,democratic equality and individual right consciousness,which finally formed the bourgeois democracy based on individual freedom,humanitarianism and citizen human rights.In modern disciplines,the theory of historical materialism,sociology,management,operational research and other disciplines,all contain the idea of social optimization,but limited by the constraints of discipline,the optimization of these disciplines cannot comprehensively solve the problem of social optimization.The rise of System Science and System Philosophy has made a qualitative change in this problem.There are two kinds of optimization methods in the process of human society evolution: Natural optimization and artificial optimization.From the point of view of system evolution,the social system is the result of the natural optimization of society,such as the five social societies,primitive society,slave society,capitalism society,and communist(social)society.Although the natural optimization of social system is the first and dominant,artificial optimization is the second and auxiliary,but to achieve the optimal development of society's greatest possibility,they must be organically combined to complement each other,mutual encouragement and constraints.The 16 th session plenary meeting of Chinese Communist Party is full of originality to put forward the strategic task of building a socialist harmonious society,pointing out the specific goal of social system optimization-harmony.In the book,"Harmonious Society and System Paradigm" in 2006,Professor and writer Wujie put forward: "Any substance(system)conforming to the Principle of Least Action is harmonious",and gives the concrete realization path of social system artificial optimization.Based on this,the general model of social system optimization problem can be established,and the optimal trajectory of social harmony is restored to the initial level and even to higher level when the social system is disturbed greatly.In Wangjialing coal mine flooding accident,115 trapped people were rescued successfully,created the history of China's mining rescue Miracle,makes a successful social crisis response.Through the analysis,we can know that the government has basically complied with the requirement of the Principle of Least Action in the process of the mining of Wangjialing,thus verifying the validity of the model.
