Derived from the early works on critic of people,comparison criticism of Chinese ancient literary theory is one of the core forms of literary criticism.As a famous litterateur in Ming Dynasty,Wang Shizhen is also known as a literary critic of wide learning.In his literary criticism,comparison criticism is one of important standpoints to study his philosophy of literary theory.This paper will deal with discussion of criticism of Wang Shizhen's masterpiece Yi yuan zhi yan,with Yan zhou shan ren si bu gao,which is divided into five parts: In the introduction,the author will give an overall description of the present situation of Wang Shizhen's research,briefly introducing the origin and development and general situation of comparison criticism as well as the necessity of this research.In the first chapter,the exploration will be made on the Wang Shizhen,focusing on the comparison between Li Bai's works and Du Fu's and evaluation of the comparison of other writers.In this way,the writer will summarize Wang‘s aesthetic inclination and philosophy of literary critic.In the second chapter,the writer will mainly pay attention to Wang Shizhen's comparison view on earlier works,making a brief outline of the critical form of comparison of his works,and then analyzing the evolution form of literary comparison,the theory of the top ranking paper,which reflects Wang Shizhen's aesthetic taste and aesthetic thought.In the third chapter,the writer will concentrate on Wang Shizhen's view on background of literary,specifically analyzing comparison of Wang Shizhen's era under the neoclassical ground of " Only essay in Qin and Han Dynasties,poetry in Tang Dynasty." In the conclusion,the author will make a brief summary of Wang Shizhen‘s comparison criticism,and analyzes some practical meanings in the field of the contemporary literary criticism.
