With the increase of urbanization,the aged phenomenon and consciousness of people's fitness awareness,square dance quickly became popular throughout the country with its advantages of easy to learn,strong rhythm,needing not relying on specific field and equipment and fitness of low cost.However,square dance grabs the headlines and becomes the focus of public opinion with the problems of noise pollution and preempting the site in recent years.Square dance governance not only contents the national fitness smooth running,but the necessarily require of implementation building a harmonious society policy.However,it is difficult to achieve significant results through governance single body,so this subject studies on square dance governance under multi-central theory angle.Firstly,introduce related concepts and contents of multi-central theory and square dance,analysis the internal connection between multi-central theory and square dance,and set questionnaire to research square dance governance situation,find square dance in XuZhou exiting many problems such as affecting residents' life,easy to conflict on the move,residents' dissatisfaction with community organizations and environmental pollution.In the analysis,finding the reasons why square dance exiting problems: shortage institutional supply,insufficient government financial support,insufficient social organizations join and exercisers lack of public awareness.Finally,through references and learning square dance governance from domestic and foreign,propose square dance governance countermeasures combine government,residents committee,square dancer and news media based on multi-central theory.
