Research On The Present Situation Of Square Dance Which Developing In The Urban Cmmunities In Kunming From The Perspective Of Multi-governance

Square dance,a city cultural sports phenomenon,has been rapidly and widely developing in China since the 1990s.Along with the advancement of urbanization,Square Dance attracts more and more people to join in,not only because of its unique characteristics that it is very easy to learn and takes nearly zero-cost,but also its cheerful and lively atmosphere which deeply enjoyed by the elders.In modern city life,square dance is not only the sports and fitness exercise for grass-roots people,but also a important socializing platform of middle aged and eldly pople.But at present,square dance caused some harmful influence,because of the lack of exercise space and infrastruction,such as noise nuisance and social conflicts.To exploring the underlying reasons we can find that the imperfect management system of square dance is the main reason that caused the previous problem.This research summarizes the existing literature and theory,and extracted four places,which include Jiangan/Yongchang district,Taoyuan square and Cuihu park,in Kunming to do the field research by using questionnaire survey.Meanwhile,in order to obtain more authentic information,conducted a in-depth interview with some residents and dance team leaders.This research discusses form the following aspects.Firstly,it introduces the background and the significance of the main research topics,and reviews the existing articles and viewpoints on modern square dance,summarizes the main theoretical bases of this thesis.Secondly,it explores the origin,rising and development of square dance from the perspectives of art histories of dance and social change.Next,on the basis of questionnaire survey,this research epitomizes the present situation and characteristics of the square dance in urban communities in Kunming by method of quantitative analysis.And finding out the current problems from the status quo of square dances that carry out in Kunming now.Finally,combine with the survey datas and previous analysis,the possible countermeasures and suggestions of how to solve the problems on the management of Kunming 's square dance are given from the different views of multi-governance theory,external theory and social conflict theory.The author believes that the formation,development and rising of Square Dance is not only accidental,but inevitable.At present,the problems of the square dance in Kunming are mainly:noise nuisance,mass conflict,poor foundation conditions,lack of professional sports and art guidance.In view of the above problems,the author gives the following possible suggestions and measures:Firstly,the relevant departments should actively respond to the national policy on guiding the healthy development of square dance,speed up the legislative process,increase financial investment,strengthen the relevant rule of law publicity;Secondly,the neighborhood committees and social organizations should play a coordinating part to build a effective autonomy mode of Square Dance.Thirdly,the residents should improve the public moral consciousness,and learn and achieve self-management and self-restraint.It is important to establish a set of normative documents and measures to guide Square Dance to develop in a healthy direction,so that Square Dance can give full paly to its social utilities.
