In 1910,a gigantic and vigorous revolution-Mexican Revolution broke out in Mexico after the Mexican Independence Movement.At first,only some elites fought against the Díaz dictatorial regime,then the situation became increasingly fierce,which evolved into a social revolution participated by every segment of society.Along with the more clearly situation becoming,Constitutionalists hosted the Constitutional Convention of Querétaro,expecting to formulate a national constitution in line with the interests of the vast Mexican people,all these bred the emergence of the Mexico ConstitutionThis paper focuses on the formation of Mexican Constitution of 1917 in the context of Mexican Revolution.The full text is divided into three chapters,the first chapter focuses on the background of the formation of Mexican Constitution of 1917;The second chapter takes the Constitutional Convention of Querétaro as a starting point,elaborating delegates class,debate camp,organizational set up and issues of the constitutional convention;the third chapter focuses on the significance and limitations of Mexican Constitution of 1917.Through the study on Mexican Constitution of 1917,the major conclusions are as follows: Firstly,The Mexican Constitution of 1917 was a revolutionary situation in the Mexican Revolution in which the people were eager to achieve national stability.Secondly,the Constitution was the middle class intellectuals delegates for the future good longing.Thirdly,the Constitution was also a prerequisite Constitution through legislation to consolidate the vested revolutionary achievements by Constitutionalists.
