Recently,with high-speed development in Chinese economy,making people around the world streamed to China work and life.The study found that the out-group repeated exposure may increase the risk of out-group preference attitude,in-group repeated exposure increases out-group prejudice attitude.Mere exposure effect as a simple and important way to affect the attitude preference,playing a very important role to affect different ethnic group preference.So,Research in our country under the condition of different mere exposure effect attitude toward different ethnic groups and the influence of the change,for the Chinese and ethnic groups outside the friendly communication,harmony is of great significance.The participants of this study are Chinese people,under the natural condition and persuade condition,study repeatedly to present the Chinese images or black images within the subjects outside the attitude and attitude.Experiment 1 was 3(contact conditions: Chinese,black,blank)x 2(evaluation racial image: Chinese,black)mixed design of two factors,during the contact phase,participants were randomly divided into three groups,present the Chinese images,black images or blank images under the threshold again and again,respectively.In the evaluation stage,the participants of each group need to evaluate liking Chinese and black pictures and charm degree.The results showed that the participants of other ethnic groups preference of emotional attitude can be changed by mere exposure effect,repeated exposure of in-group does not increase the in-group preferences,but preference will weaken the out-group.Experiment 2 was 2(contact conditions: Chinese,black)x 2(evaluation race: Chinese suspects,black suspects)of mixed experimental design,the participants were randomly divided into two groups in the contact phase,present the Chinese images or black images under the threshold again and again,respectively.in the evaluation phase,asked participants to read two different characters names and identity theft crime after script materials,different roles in the script/innocent possibilities and make the possibility assessment.Results under different conditions of pure contact no attitude to inside and outside the group(with or without memory crimes possibility)on the evaluation of significant change.The experiment 3 was divided into two parts,asked participants to read three positive reports about black(join consciousness to persuade information),The subsequent experimental procedure is the same as the experiment 1 and 2.The results showed that compared with no cognitive persuade information conditions,under the persuaded condition,participants of liking to black significantly increased,possibility of black guilty evaluation has decreased but not significantly,possibility of black glamour rating and make no significant difference on the evaluation.Experiments show that cognitive convincing information to join can improve the participants attitude to out-groups on a certain extent.
