Philosophy of life is a reflection and exploration to important life issues,In pre-Qin philosophers,Zhuangzi’s reverence for life and sentiment is very comprehensive and profound,Zhuangzi is one of the greatest thinkers in Chinese history.Life philosophy is the essence of philosophy of Zhuangzi,and the core is life and death.Zhuangzi’s philosophy of life focus on thinking and comprehension to the plight of life about the individual life,social and understanding of the life.“Tao” is theoretical basis of the life philosophy,which illustrates the value of life and death from a unique perspective,with the optimistic attitude to face life and death,and through the solution of life predicament,that is through “satisfy with the current situation ”,“useless living doctrine”to pursuit of “hold a long life” about physical survival,and through “to peace and quiet your heart”,“to sit down and fall into oblivion of your body”,and “to get into the unique” to pursuit of “all things by means of the Tao are united and became one” about spiritual survival,to achieve spiritual freedom.Zhuangzi’s life philosophy provides the limited life with the lofty meaning and eternal value,which not only criticizes and makes up for the defects and gaps of the prevailing ideas and secular ideas in history,but also offers spiritual comfort and support for the literati,and appreciate the value of life.Besides,it inspires and encourages the people who live in modern society to get rid of emotional and material problems;free and settle their spirit and soul;promote the physical and mental harmony of the individual;advance social progress and stability;ultimately achieve the harmonious development of man and nature.
