Research On The Beautiful Countryside Construction Under The Perspective Of Ecological Ethics

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party pointed out that in order to build beautiful China and build beautiful countryside,we must adhere to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.The construction of ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.So we must establish and practise the concept that green mountains and green water are the mountains of gold and silver,and adhere to the basic national policy of resource conservation and environmental protection.Beautiful countryside is the most important thing in the construction of beautiful China,so in order to realize the beauty of the ecological environment,the beauty of social construction,and the beauty of the beautiful life,our final goal is to achieve the harmonious development between man and nature,and promote the all-round development of human being.In the process of building beautiful countryside,we must adhere to the principles of fairness,harmony,rationality,system,and sustainable development.And we must re-examine the relationship between man and nature,reflect on people's attitude towards the nature,and establish the ecological ethics concept of respecting the nature,conforming to the nature,and protecting the nature.Learning from the ecological ethics thoughts of western anthropocentrism and non-anthropocentrism,abiding by the dialectical unity relationship between man and nature and the Marxist ecological view of the sustainable development,absorbing our Chinese traditional ecological natural view of “Heaven and Man in One”,the ecological moral view of Taoism and the ecological equal view of which all beings are equal,and implementing the concept of sustainable development,the concept of scientific development,and the concept of green development,all of these provide the ecological and ethical basis for the construction of beautiful countryside.So the construction of beautiful countryside under the guidance of the ecological ethics will help strengthen the construction of ecological civilization in the countryside and realize “ecological beauty” and it will help increase the level of agricultural modernization and realize “industry beauty”,also it will help promote the integration of the urban and countryside areas and realize “life beauty” and help enhance the level of the countryside ecological ethics and achieve “humanist beauty”.The essence of the beautiful countryside construction is to meet the needs of the farmers' production and living,and at the same time there is no harm on the natural environment and other species in the natural world.Thereby it will realize the goal of harmonious coexistence,mutual benefit,and sustainable development between man and nature.This is congruous with the idea of the ecological ethics.Under the active call of the Party Central Committee,many countryside construction projects are being carried out in the gradual and order manner.They have made remarkable achievements in the countryside industrial development,environmental improvement,cultural development and infrastructure improvement and so on.However,there are also pollution problems from the agricultural production.Such as chemical fertilizers,pesticides,plastic film,straw and other pollution.There is also the pollution caused by farmers' daily life garbage,such as the pollution of countryside domestic garbage,livestock and poultry breeding waste.And there are pollution problems caused by countryside industries,such as the pollution from township enterprises and urban industrial transfer.There are many reasons for the lack of ecological civilization in the construction of beautiful countryside.From the perspective of political factors,the impediment of the dual urban-rural structural system and the lack of government environmental management practice has important influence on the development of the beautiful countryside.From the perspective of economic factors,countryside economic and technological development is lagging,and countryside extensive development mode is constrained,and farmers are out of the way of life.All of these are the factors of influencing the countryside ecological development.From the perspective of cultural factors,the traditional value orientation of “the economy is the first” in the countryside,the weak awareness of the farmers' ecological protection,and the low quality of farmers' ecological environment ethics and morality also constrains the construction of beautiful countryside.However,if we want to promote the construction of beautiful countryside,we must solve many problems in the construction of beautiful countryside.For this reason,in the perspective of the politics,it is necessary to break the dual structure of urban and rural areas to achieve the overall governance and standardize the management of the ecological environment of government.In the term of economy,it is necessary to increase scientific and technological input,realize scientific andtechnological development of agriculture,change the production methods,achieve green production,transform the lifestyles and achieve green consumption.In the term of culture,it is necessary to change the traditional value of rural areas,establish ecological value,improve farmers' awareness of environmental protection,cultivate the awareness of ecological responsibility,strengthen the publicity and education of ecological ethics,and improve the moral quality of farmers.
