| In recent years,with the accelerating development of the market economy,the process of the construction of public cultural service system in China has been steadily advancing,the basic realization of the urban and rural grassroots goal,but in the equalization,inclusive services,level and efficiency is still great room for improvement.In this process,countries to better understand social forces is an important force,improve the system of public cultural services to decentralization,through the power of the market will have a social body potential and enthusiasm are attracted to it,for the community to provide more public cultural products and services.At the same time,the continuous development of public cultural undertakings has attracted more attention of social forces.However,there are long-standing government and market "two failure" phenomenon of public cultural services,to better mobilize the enthusiasm of all sectors of society,conducive to the creation of public cultural service environment and atmosphere of social forces,social forces,social norms,social capital resources to invest in public cultural services,is the reality the problem must be considered.This paper focuses on the study of social forces play on how to guide the public cultural service subject,analyzes the relevant concepts and theories,analyzes the research situation at home and abroad in this regard,based on the practice in Yinzhou District of Ningbo city social forces to participate in public cultural services,in their development process,practical characteristics,operation mode and existing problems deeply research around the two aspects of theory and practice,and put forward their own proposals and the corresponding countermeasures. |
