The Relationship On Income,the Perception Of Distributive Justice And Subjective Well-being Of The Floating Population

Happiness is the ultimate purpose of life,and has been currently a hot psychological issue for decades.Based on Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs,Chinese scholar advocates Multilevel of subjective well-being.From the point of development,needs are divided into survival needs.developing needs and meta needs,subjective well-being can also be divided into survival subjective well-being.developing subjective well-being and meta subjective well-being.They believe that subjective well-being is the kind of emotional experience or cognitive evaluation of the quality of life.And,the hierarchy theory of needs is one of the theoretical basis of the relationship between income and subjective well-being,income can satisfy the basic needs of people.Only people's needs are met,they will be happy.In other words,income has an impact on subjective well-being.In 1974,the "Easterlin paradox"reveals the complex relationship between income and happiness,which shows that there is a certain relationship between income and happiness.In the next ten or twenty years,China is in a critical period of development of the new urbanization,and China is experiencing the largest population movement in history.In 2020,there are more than 200 million of the floating population in China,which indicates that the migration of population will continue to be active in the future.Such a large scale of population mobility has made great contribution to the social and economic development of the region,while improving its own survival and development.Accordingly,they are also faced with many problems.In the process of promoting the harmonious society,the problem of the floating population has been paid more and more attention by the party and the government.This special group is the pursuit of the most direct economic income.In the study of the relationship between the objective income level and subjective well-being,subjective income distribution of justice also is an important factor affecting subjective well-being.Based on the above issue,this study adopted investigation method,which is based on the multilevel subjective well-being scales and the distributive justice questionnaire.This paper discusses the subjective well-being of floating population from two angles of income and distributive justice.The-purpose of this study is to grasp the overall situation of income,the perception of distributive justice and subjective well-being of the floating population,and to investigate the relationship and mechanism among income,the perception of distributive justice and subjective well-being.the study drawed the following conclusions:(1)The income gap of floating population is large,but the level of the perception of distributive justice and subjective well-being is higher than the middle level,that is the overall fairness and happiness is better.(2)There is a positive correlation among the income,the perception of distributive justice and subjective well-being of the floating population.(3)The income of floating population is significantly positively predicted by the improvement of the perception of distributive justice.(4)The impact of income on subjective well-being has both direct and indirect effects,that is,the perception of distributive justice is the mediator between income and subjective well-being.
