The Research On Narrative Art Of Chinese Road Comedy Film

In recent years,with the fi lm Lost In Thailand,Breakup Buddies,Detective Chinatown and other hot films released,Chinese road comedy film has become a hot genre,the box office continues to hit record highs.But in addition to these above influential films,there are some Chinese road comedy films are silently.In this paper,all the Chinese road comedy films from 2003 to October 2016 are selected as the object of study.Taking literature analysis and text analysis as the research method,the film narratology as a guide,on the basis of extensive reading and watching,this paper tries to give a specific and clear definition of Chinese road comedy films,makes a systematic and reasonable summary of it's development.Based on the analysis of political environment,economic factors and social psychological factors,the author summarizes the characteristics of Chinese road comedy films in narrative theme,lens language,dialogue structure and musical style.In this paper,it is found that taking road or journey as the carrier and comedy as the style is the main feature of Chinese road comedy films.The protagonists in the first tend to be sick or carry some kind of emotional burden,however,when they get along with the people who comes from different classes and has different personality in the journey,when they get into the unfamiliar natural landscape and the various social space,they eventually get spiritual healing,learned to face life optimistically,knew how to cherish the family happiness.In the aspect of narrative skills,Chinese road comedy films formed a narrative structure that mix linear structure and episode structure,it often use motion lens and polarized scene,it create a comedy atmosphere with humorous dialogue and funny background music,and it narrate the mentality change of the protagonist through the lyrical background sound and theme song which advocating relieve.Of course,the current Chinese road comedy film is far from perfect,in order to go further,it also need to enhance the moral content and bring forth new ideas in genre innovation.
