| Autism known as severe development disorder which starts in early childhood,is one of the most common developmental disorders.Parents' of autism take a lot of pressure from family and society.Parents' psychology influence the rehabilitation of children with children.The better of parents,the better of their children.This study aimed at,by structured interview,discussing the characteristics which contained essential and diverse characteristics of parents' resilience.Based on the quality results,this study developed a questionnaire of parents' resilience of children with autism.And then this study utilized it to investigate the current statue of parents' resilience;explore the differences and interaction effects of demographic variables on parents' resilience.Then invent parents' resilience by cognitive behavior group guidance.This study is departed to three parts,the results of which are as follows:In part 1The journey of the heart of parents' of autism were divided into four parts: first meet autism,the road of rehabilitation,the road of study,the future.The quality of parents' resilience of autism are summarized into three aspects: emotion regulation ability,cognitive regulation;behave.The factors which i it are as follows:family support,social support,the performance of children.Family support intends to be the support from family.Social support are the support and influence from community,school and others.The performance of children involved two parts: first is children performs well;second is children' social ability developed.In part 2The questionnaire of parents' resilience of children with autism have rational reliability and validity.It includes 30 terms and 6 dimensions which is emotional regulation ability,cognitive regulation ability,problem-solving ability,self-efficacy,the target and future,tenacity;Parents' resilience are at below average;There are significant differences of only child,intervene or not,intervened years,learning places,parents' sex,parents' age,parents' education,parents' marriage relation on parents' sex,adulthood stage,parents' education,parents' marriage relation on parents' resilience;in addition,children' intervened years,parents' marriage relation have interaction effects on adults' complaining behaviors;Adaptability,factor affecting model: non-only,studying in family,and intervention 3 years have significantly influence the parents' resilience.In part 3The observation of parent-child interaction of autism and children have rational reliability and validity.Cognitive behavior group intervene for parents' resilience are effective. |
