With the development of the Internet and the digital age,more and more people enjoy the convenience of Internet life.At the same time,the concept of user experience also received widespread attention.In the design of B2C products,how to obtain the user's actual demand,enhance the user experience research has become a focus of this paper.The B2C product interface design that affect the most intuitive user experience,the first part of the thesis,first and foremost through the user experience related literature review,comb or brush the user experience with the basic theory that summarizes the current status of and user experience research methods.Combined with norman,james garrett user experience theories and methods identified a B2C products user experience research elements,and from the performance level,frame layer,Structure Level,Scope,strategic level five factors are discussed in detail in.The second part of the thesis in theory on the basis of a study of building,based on user experience in the B2C interface design processes and methodology,respectively from the user's sensory experience and behavior of the experience level,specific to the user experience design methodology and procedure for detailed analysis.The third part of the thesis is primarily an empirical study,first through interviews and questionnaire by the method of combining the study of the user experience for users to analyze.Secondly,on the basis of statistical data inconsistencies,it with the B2C products user experience associated with the elements of analysis,on the basis of project operational input and output Verification Interface Design Process and Methodology of the feasibility and practicality.Finally summarizing the findings of the study,presented the scientific nature and effectiveness.The purpose of this study is at the time increased B2C product user experience elements requiring further consideration,also taking into account the needs of users and user behavior at different levels.Hope that through this study,to create a better user experience for B2C product interface design provides some suggestions for standardizing the B2C product user experience design play a role.
