With the development of the times,the society demands higher and higher education.If we want to realize the sustainable development of society,education must be consolidated and improved.Since reform and opening-up,China vigorously promotes the reform of education,especially the normal education,having issued the relevant policies,such as expanding the scale of education,increasing investments in education,standardizing the enrollment and employment,taking various measures to improve the overall quality of teachers,guaranteeing the cultivation of primary and secondary school teachers.However,in the process of developing teacher education,the problem of students with learning disabilities is still widespread,and the number is greatly expanding with the increase of grade.Among them,students with English learning difficulties account for a large proportion.Learning difficulties not only hinders healthy and all-round development of students,but also affects the quality of normal education and wastes the limited resources of normal education in china.Therefore,it is very important to improve the learning achievements and overall quality of the students with learning difficulties.Research shows that students' academic achievement is determined by intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors,but the differences between students' individual intelligence are not obvious,so non-intelligence factors are particularly important.Therefore,it is necessary to study the non-intelligence factors of the students with learning disabilities and their transformation strategies.Higher normal education is an important part of teacher education,and its training object is the future primary and secondary school teachers.Therefore,its quality is directly related to the future of our country's basic education.This paper takes a normal college as an example,the English underachievers were sampled,and students and disabled students are compared through the questionnaire survey,from five aspects of non-intelligence factors: motivation and interest,will,emotion,method and self-efficacy through the questionnaire survey,getting main characteristics non-intelligence factors of the five aspects of high college students with English learning difficulties: lack of interest and motivation of learning,lack of learning will,learning negative emotion,passive learning methods and learning insufficient self-efficacy.According to the survey results,senior teachers' interviews and my own teaching experience for many years,I analyze the causes of poor students in College English learning,from the following aspects: students themselves,teachers,school,family,and social respectively,and on the basis of all above mentioned,adopting the four theories of Multiple Intelligence,Meta Cognitive Theory,Constructive Theory and Positive Psychology,I put forward the transformation strategies of non-intellectual factors of College English students,to improve their English academic achievements and teaching quality of college English.
