The primary stage is the beginning of English learning,and the problem of English learning difficulties exists in the English classroom of primary schools,which affects the attitudes,habits and effects of pupils' English learning.At the same time,from the available data,the research and transformation of students with primary English learning difficulties are mostly concentrated in the field of classroom teaching and psychology,and they are not combined with school education management measures to educate and transform the students with English learning difficulties.The author chooses to study students with primary English learning difficulties.In this article,the author uses the literature research method to collect data,adopts interview method,observation method and case study method,according to certain standards and interviews with English teachers,selects and studies the fourth-grade elementary school in Zhifu,Yantai.The interview method and observation method are mainly used to find the students' existing typical questions.The reasons are further summarized as follows: the case school lacks effective teaching management and guidance;the teachers lack individualized teaching guidance;the family The problem of laissez-faire education of middle parents;students have insufficient learning motivation,poor self-control,learning methods to be improved,emotional obstacles in English learning,short focus learning time,and poor connection between new and old knowledge.In view of this,the author adheres to the student-oriented concept,and establishes an education transformation plan for students with English learning difficulties in primary schools.It's emphasize school education management,teacher education and teaching,parent-family education cooperation,the author's active guidance to case students,and students' self-transform.Combining five aspects of our own efforts.In terms of teacher education,we must care for students,educate people with affection,clarify learning goals,strengthen students 'motivation for learning,rationally plan students' homework,and provide targeted individualized teaching guidance.In the students themselves,we must respect teachers,establish correct self-cognition,consciously develop good habits,and use flexibly study method.In terms of school education management,we must recognize our own functions,organize targeted teaching counseling.In terms of parent family education,parents must Communicate more with children to form a home-school co-education synergy;the author has carried out "three-stage" education management and transformation work;...
