The purpose of this paper is to discuss the construction of Lu Xun's Call to Arms and the accumulation of Lu Xun's reputation from 1918 to 1926.Lu Xun 's novels are almost in sync with the promotion,rise and construction of Chinese modem literature.These novels achieve canonization under the influence of the modem media and public opinion authority.Lu Xun himself in this process has become a disguised interpretation of the text.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the the New Youth as the platform of the literati circle,has played an important role in the induction and promotion to Lu Xun's novel,especially the New Trend as the direct descendant magazine of New Youth made the earliest classic attempton to Lu Xun's Madman Diary.The third chapter discusses Lu Xun's creation with the background of the times.Pure literature is gaining popularity and novel creation becomes the voice of the literary world,which highlighing the important value of Lu Xun as a novelist and making him in the magazine as the mainstream of modem novel consumption to become energetic creators.As the representative of the modem literary criticism of the times,the chapter also takes into account the Mao Dun,Zhou Zuoren's classic interpretation of Lu Xun's works.The fourth chapter discusses the qualitative significance of the publication of Call to Arms on Lu Xun's reputation.For the Chinese literary circles have established a model for reference.As the publiction of the preface of Call to Arms writen by himself,"Lu Xun" began to become a text which was read by people.Through the deconstruction of Cheng Fangwu on Call to Arms,it is pointed out that the construction of Lu Xun and Call to Arms has obvious game meaning.
