Study On The Relationships Of College Students' Shyness,Social Self-efficacy And Social Adaptation

Shyness is a common social phenomenon.when young,shy child is considered to be obedient and sensible child,but also often accompanied by a series of adverse impact.In college students' individual,shyness also occupies certain proportion,which is associated with decreased social interaction.The university stage is the individual from family to the transition of the society ? College students are the backbone of the future society.Their adaptability,good or not,will directly affect their future career,even is related to the development of the country.So the study of the internal mechanism about college students' shyness,self-efficacy and social adaptation,and put forward the corresponding Suggestions,will help to improve college students' social self-efficacy and improve their level of shyness,to better adapt to society.This research uses the college students' shyness scale,interpersonal self-efficacy scale and social adaptation scale,and the college students were randomly selected.this paper discusses the relationship between the college students' shyness,social self-efficacy and social adaptation.the conclusions are as follows:(1)College students' shyness is below the average level.College students' shyness exists significant differences in gender and grade.But there are no significant differences in the professional,origin,whether or not only children and class cadre.(2)College students' social self-efficacy exists significant differences in gender,major,grade,origin,whether the one-child,and the class cadre variables.(3)College students' social adaptation in the major,grade,whether the one-child and cadre exists significant differences,but variables in gender and origin are not.(4)College students' shyness,social self-efficacy and social adaptation have closed relationship.Shyness and social self-efficacy has forecast function of social adaptation.(5)Social self-efficacy acts as the part of the intermediary role between the college students' shyness and social adaptation.
