The comics industry,as the important part of the cultural industry,the market of which has rapidly expanded in recent years.China's comics industry is still in the primary stage,is hard to compete with the comics' enterprises of Japan and the United States.As a high-marketization-degree industry,the comics industry,from creation of contend,business marketing,to derivatives development,each process of which is highly market-oriented.Hence,the importance of marketing activities,such as market research,brand promotion,product marketing,is critical to comics' enterprises.This article sets the JX comics company as an example,deeply study and research the practical elements that usually occurs in the generation,implementing,and insuring of product marketing strategy for a comics enterprise.Firstly,this article respectively uses the SWOT matrix analysis and the Porter's five-force model to analyze the JX comics company's macro and micro marketing environment.Secondly,combined with present characteristics of domestic comics enterprise's marketing mode and situation,the suitable marketing strategy for the JX comics will be generated.Meanwhile,ensuring that marketing strategy would be well practiced,by drawing up a series of implementing and insuring measures.At last,at the conclusion part,pointing out the deficiency of this project research and the future direction of continuing researching.
