Post-traumatic growth is a positive psychological change that results from negative stress events.In this study,we choose recruits who had took military training for three months to explore the characteristics of the posttraumatic growth condition and analyze the main factors of the growth,in order to make the intervention mode for recruits,thus we can give some theory advice for clinical psychological interventions.The assessment tool we used including Posttraumatic growth inventory,Perceived Social Support Scale,Simplified Chinese version of Events Related to Rumination Questionnaire,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire,we use SPSS22.0 to analysis 802 recruits' data,methods we used including descriptive statistics,T test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis,the mediating effect test,moderating effect test.Results including:1.The total score of PTGI and average score of 21 items of the recruits are 71.42±14.68 and 3.40±0.70 respectively,the degree of growth is between the medium to large.New recruits who come from city have significantly higher score on spirit change than those from town and village;new recruits who come from one-child family have significantly higher score on spirit change than those from none one-child family;Voluntary new recruits have significantly higher score on posttraumatic growth and other five dimensions than involuntary recruits;new recruits from junior high school and below are significantly higher than those from undergraduate education on PTGI,new recruits from junior high school and below are significantly higher than those from senior high school and undergraduate education on relationship dimension.2.The total score of C-EERI is 22.62 ± 7.55.The total score of PSSS is 33.79 ± 6.72.The total score of TSCQ is 10.68 ± 9.28.3.The deliberate rumination,intrusive rumination,social support,positive coping style,negative coping style are significantly correlated with posttraumatic growth levels.4.The deliberate rumination makes mask effect on the relationship between intrusive rumination and posttraumatic growth.5.Social support plays moderate role in the relationship between intrusive rumination and posttraumatic growth.6.Coping style plays mediation role between deliberate rumination and posttraumatic growth.
