Relapse tendency is a tendency or behavior of drug addicts after drug addiction.Relapse is the key factor influencing the effect of detoxification, and it is affected by “body-society-psychology”factors.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among female addicts in a rehabilitation center in Guizhou Province, and 1000 questionnaires were issued. To study the relationship between personality traits and relapse in female addicts, coping style and perceived social support were used as mediator variables. The results show that only negative coping has no significant correlation with open personality and perceived social support, while other correlations are significant.Extroversion, conscientiousness, openness and agreeableness toward relapse tend to be significant, with positive coping style and perceived social support as intermediary, and negative coping style as serial mediator. The relapse rate of neurotic personality was significantly higher than that of female patients with high neurotic personality, and relapse tendency was higher among female addicts with high neurotic personality.Conclusions:(1)The personality of female addicts has a tendency to relapse.(2)The lower the personality, extraversion, agreeableness, preciseness and openness of female addicts, the higher the neuroticism and the lower the ability to comprehend social support, the higher the tendency to relapse.(3)The lower the personality, personality, extraversion, agreeableness, preciseness and openness of female addicts, the higher the neuroticism, the more inclined to adopt the negative coping style, and the higher the tendency to relapse.(4)Nerve is an important personality trait that influences individual relapse.
