Study On The Relationship Among Adult Attachment, Sense Of Life Meaning And Depression Of College Students

In order to enrich the research of the influence and mechanism of adult attachment on depression,this study investigated the basic condition of the students of adult attachment,life meaning and depression,and discussed the triadic relation,and it tests the mediating function of Presence of Meaning and Search of Meaning.This research adopts the Experiences in Close Relationship-Chinese Revised(C-ECR-R),the Meaning in Life Questionnaire Revised(RMLQ),a short version of the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale-Chinese Version(CES-D-13),uses convenient sampling method,520 undergraduates and postgraduates of Harbin Engineering University,Harbin Normal University,Jiamusi University and Heilongjiang University of science and technology were selected as subjects,and 426 questionnaires were obtained by excluding the invalid questionnaires,and using descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis,regression analysis and Bootstrap intermediate test and other statistical analysis of data analysis and processing.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The detection rate of depressive mood in college students was 31.2%,there were significant differences in different gender levels of depression;for various types of adult attachment of college students respectively: fear of type 51.4%,focus on type 19%,apathetic type 16.4%,secure type 13.1%,there are significant differences in the level of attachment avoidance in gender,have or haven't love experience,educational background,grade and other variables;university students sense of the meaning of life is medium level,has the significance and meaning of life in the sense of the overall level of gender,education background,grade have significant differences on demographic variables.(2)Adult attachment,sense of meaning of life and depression are relatively significant correlation;the attachment avoidance,attachment anxiety and depression is significant positive correlation;Attachment avoidance,attachment anxiety and have meaning has significant negative correlation;attachment anxiety and find meaning has significant positive correlation;have meaning and depression has significant negative correlation.(3)College students' attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety can predict depression positively,and attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety can predict the have meaning negatively.(4)The have meaning plays a partial intermediary role between adult attachment and depression among college students.
