Translation Practice Report Of Guidelines For Trademark Registration

With economic development and social progress,trademark is playing an increasingly important role in international economic activities and at the same time,trademark,as part of the intangible assets of an enterprise,also plays a big part in opening up international market.A successful mark can bring huge profits to the enterprise,meanwhile,people focus on the common problems of trademark registration application.More and more problems which encountered in the process of trademark registration,the corresponding solutions to the problems and operations,program steps have aroused people's attention.It is very important for creating business to understand the meaning of trademark registration and master the knowledge of it.Although the importance and the demand for translation studies of application of trademark registration are increasingly growing,the research on it has not been paid enough attention.This paper is a translation practice report that studies frequently asked questions of application of trademark registration as my project discourse which can be used for reference for the majority of readers.In this task,the author will base on the original text,pay attention to the purpose of translation,and carry out the translation practice in a planned way,applies Nida's theory as the theoretical basis of the translation practice on the basis of brief introduction of tasks background,meaning and original text features so that the keys and difficulties encountered in the translation process are explained and analyzed in detail,strives for the specified language fusing with anticipation vision,so that the information of the original text can be better accepted by the target language readers.The practice report summarizes the content and the process of practice on the basis of C-E translation,the author puts forward some translation strategies for the difficulties in the translation,and summarizes the main translation techniques used in the translation.Because of the huge difference between Chinese and English,as well as many trademark language and terminology appearing in the original text about translation practice,the research aims to find the perfect integrating point of C-E translation and convey the original information well,so the author introduces the translation methods which are illustrated by examples from the aspects of vocabulary,sentence and discourse level.With different methods,the target language reproduces the informationof the source language.And it can be in accordance with the source language in form and content.
