Based on the questionnaire survey of the three variables of the soldiers' personality,the sense of belonging of the company and the job involvement,this paper uses the methods of analysis of variance,correlation analysis and intermediary effect analysis to explore the relationship between these three variables comprehensively.1.The overall situation of the personality,attribution and work input of the soldier is as follows:(1)The adaptability,sociality and morality of the grassroots troops is in the upper level,openness and altruism are second and middle.The Female athletes' adaptability,sociality,openness and moral scores were significantly higher than those of males;altruistic differences were significant in age;moral differences were significant in academic qualifications.(2)the overall sense of belonging of the grassroots troops is at a high level,the soldiers for the sense of honor and organizational recognition score highest,while the interpersonal score is slightly lower.Female soldiers' overall sense of belonging and their six dimensions are significantly higher than men;interpersonal and honor sense in the academic differences are significant;sense of belonging and its military camp environment,leadership factors,company atmosphere,honor sense difference significantly in the rank.(3)the overall work of the grassroots troops is in the middle of the level of investment,the soldiers of devotion score highest,while the score of focusing is slightly lower.Female soldiers work with their vitality,dedication,focus scores were significantly higher than men;focus in age differences significantly.2.There is a significant positive correlation between adaptability,sociality,altruism and moral sense.3.Portfolio sense of belonging plays the part of the role of intermediary in the big five personality and work.Based on the above questionnaire survey and the results of statistical analysis,thefollowing suggestions are put forward:1.The army should improve the basic quality of grassroots soldiers,pay attention to ideological and political education,enhance the level of theoretical knowledge,and carry out cultural quality education courses to enhance the service awareness of soldiers.The army should set up the concept of " people-oriented ",and pay attention to the subjective feeling of grass-roots soldiers.2.The army should improve the level of material life,improve the management ability of the company,carry out diversified activities,develop cultural atmosphere to enhance the sense of belonging to the company of grassroots soldiers.3.The army should improve the level of social concern and pay attention to the important guiding role of family.At the same time the state should play a functional role to improve the corresponding laws and regulations and pay attention to the development of the armed forces.
