Research On Intellectual Property Operation Strategy Of Chinese Animation And Comic Industry

In China,the Intellectual Property operation of online literature has been gradually accepted by the public.Animation and comic as Intellectual Property source also has great potential,is in the initial stage of its Intellectual Property operations.Animation and comic industry in a high-speed development period,The development model is taking shape.For the depth of the development of animation and comic,so that the animation and comic industry is facing unprecedented opportunities.This paper aims to discuss the operation strategy of China’s animation and comic Intellectual Property,from the comic and original animation to study the development of animation and comic Intellectual Property in China.In this paper,the first part introduces the research questions,define some key concepts,elaborate research methods and research status of related topics in China.The second part introduces the origins and development of animation and comic Intellectual Property in the United States and Japan,and summed up their Intellectual Property operating mode.The third part takes two different types of successful operation of China animation and comic Intellectual Property as an example,from the industrial chain operation and other aspects analysis China animation and comic Intellectual Property operating strategy.The fourth part to make a comparison and analysis in animation and comic Intellectual Property operation strategy from the United States,Japan and China.The fifth part through the analysis of some cases,put forward the problems existing in our animation and comic Intellectual Property operation,and trying to avoid detours,makes our animation and comic Intellectual Property operations as soon as possible on the right track.
